Our company, "Property Watch" was formed in 1996, and incorporated in 1998, offering house-sitting services to absentee homeowners, a common situation here in the Desert during the warm summer months. The company is owned and operated by Jane Peters and Joan Berndt.

Jane Peters, until forming Property Watch, Inc., worked for 11 years at a local tour company and has extensive knowledge of the Coachella Valley. She has worked with law firms throughout California and here in the local Desert cities.

Joan Berndt has over twenty years experience in commercial property management here in the Coachella Valley. She has worked since 1985 with a local developer/contractor and has many contacts within the construction and service industries which have proved beneficial when handling various homeowner related issues.

Property Watch, Inc. is licensed, bonded, and insured.
