Property Watch, Inc. provides a minimum of two visits to your home per month. All items listed in the "Schedule of Services" are included in our monthly fee. Many clients request additional visits to their homes for various reasons, from watering "needy" indoor house-plants, to just checking up on their home more often for their own peace of mind. The fees range from $30.00 to $55.00 per visit, depending upon home and yard size and "extras" requested by the homeowner.

Additional Services which are not provided as part of the standard home-care are billed at the rate of $35.00 per hour.
