| *Water interior household plants (during summer months, weekly visits are recommended) | *Collect newspapers and mail; forward any 1st Class Mail |
| *Check air conditioner operation/settings | *Check water heater for rupture or leaks |
| *Inspect residence after any major storm or earthquake | *Check pool/spa and yard maintenance to ensure proper upkeep |
| *Maintain water in buckets (provided by homeowner) to humidify inside-air as protection for furniture and electronics against heat and dryness damage |
*Check for signs of insects or rodents in house and garage (will coordinate visits to allow homeowner's monthly pest control service personnel access to interior of residence) |
| *Check water level in golf cart batteries to maintain working order | *Flush water lines (faucets, toilets, tubs & showers) and check for leaks |
| *Check overall security of residence, including doors and windows | *Start vehicles at each visit (including golf carts) - drive vehicle/s if requested |
| *Monthly: Run dishwasher, washing machine, and disposal to keep seals from drying/cracking |
*Look for anything out of the ordinary that a homeowner may want to be made aware of |

| *If requested, we can arrange to have your residence professionally cleaned just prior to your return, including windows and carpets. |

*Regular housekeeping services are also available. |
| *Should your residence require any repair or maintenance during your absence, we will, with your prior approval, arrange for a firm to make any necessary repairs. |
| *Check on and provide status updates regarding any work the homeowner may have scheduled during their absence (pool/spa and or landscape installation, home remodeling, etc.; progress photos can also be provided via e-mail). |
